How it works
From order to delivery in three steps
- Step 1
Build the order, send the link
The owner picks items from the menu, enters the customer’s WhatsApp number and sends a secure payment link in one tap. Customers can also order themselves from the branch’s online shop.
- Step 2
Customer pays on their phone
The link opens a bilingual pay page with the order summary. Card payments go through a licensed gateway in Qatar or the UAE; cash on delivery is marked by the owner.
- Step 3
Kitchen cooks, delivery delivers
Only paid orders reach the kitchen board. Kitchen marks preparing and ready; delivery staff send the order out and mark it delivered. Everyone sees the same live status.
